Gijs Van Vaerenbergh

The artist duo Gijs Van Vaerenbergh
translated concepts of their artistic
practice t o the familiar object of a
lamp. Wit h the aid of an integrated
mirror, they have created a surreal
perception which suggests a physical,
round cut-out in the ceiling, through
which a light bulb is suspended from
an imaginary upper room.
