Kasper De Vos gathers, assembles, balances, imagine with all the things he treasure troves. Such as ideas, the material he encounters in a natural way during his daily experiences are integrated into unconventional combinations with contemporary discards.

As a visual storyteller, it becomes clear that De Vos incorporates serendipity, surprise, and salvaged social remnants as basis of his creative process. Kasper sees everything as material for something else. By removing elements from their original context and reassembling them in a sculpture, these art works depict vivid imaginary landscapes rooted in everyday absurdities. It build this colorful and rather uncanny environment where vibrant imaginary landscapes, that create humorous reflections and intersections between culture and consumerism. He repurposes items such as sandwiches into tables, plastic water bottle crates as the foundations of temples, and reduces raves to totemic systems, which he refers to as "Native Kitsch.

De Vos playfully engages with societal issues, employing basic colors and forms to raise questions about materials, motivations, and social phenomena while maintaining a lighthearted approach.
