Biography

Jenny Brosinski, 's minimalistic paintings bridges the realms of abstract and figurative art and reflect an artistic language reminiscent of her reductive approach. Jenny purposefully constrains her creative gestures on the canvas. Although they appear to be improvised, they are distinguished by their spontaneous aesthetic. It unfolds a vibrant interplay characterized by color, dynamic brushstrokes, bold lettering, whimsical scribbles, gentle folds, intricate lines, and faint footprints. Its coalesce into statements that transcends the clarity of her visual language. Its intriguing concreteness, references to its own existence with unwavering honesty.

Jenny Brosinski lives and works in Berlin, Germany. She has received both her bachelor and masters degrees from Weissensee Academy of Art Berlin. Her paintings have been exhibited in many countries around the world, including UK, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Denmark, Australia and USA.
